At The Golden Feather, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products that meet your expectations. We stand behind our brand with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee , which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange if there is an issue with your order.
1. Order Issues (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items)
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund. Please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@thegoldenfeather.net within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide a clear photo of the item showing the issue.
- We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the unique nature of our custom-made products:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (change of mind) or incorrect size selection (please refer to our size chart before ordering).
- If you ordered the wrong size and would like a replacement, please contact us, and we may offer a discounted re-order.
Important Note: To be eligible for any return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@thegoldenfeather.net , and we will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue.
4. Cancellations & Order Changes
- Orders can only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production begins, and we are unable to modify or cancel the order.
5. Return Process
To start a return, you can contact us at support@thegoldenfeather.net . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
6. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
